Listening to local residents in Cottingham
Louise Bagshawe, Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Corby and East Northants this evening listened to the views of local residents at a public meeting in Cottingham Village Hall and answered their questions ahead of the general election on 6 May.
Louise said:
“Tonight’s meeting was a great chance for me to listen to the views of people living in Cottingham, East Carlton, Middleton and Rockingham and for local residents to meet me before they go to the polling station on Thursday 6 May to cast their vote.
“I enjoyed answering questions on a wide range of local and national issues. Engaging openly and honestly in traditional village hall meetings like the one in Cottingham this evening is one way I believe the trust that has been lost in our political system can be restored.”
